Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Appointment Scheduling • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via social media. • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. • A confirmation message will be sent via email or text once your appointment is secured. 2. Deposit & Payment • A deposit may be required for certain services to secure your appointment. • Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (specify if applicable). 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. • No-shows will be charged the full deposit amount (if applicable). 4. Late Arrivals • We allow a grace period of 30 minutes for late arrivals. • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

Disclaimer & Liability Waiver By booking any service with New Horizons Sunshine State LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Liability & Insurance Our company is fully insured, and any liability arising from our services is strictly limited to the maximum coverage amount of our insurance policy. New Horizons Sunshine State LLC is not responsible for any damage beyond the insured amount. 2. Vehicle, Boat, and Property Condition Acknowledgment Customers understand that when they provide their vehicle, boat, or property for detailing, cleaning, or pressure washing services, it is not in brand-new condition. Natural wear and tear, existing scratches, oxidation, fading, stains, and other imperfections may already be present before the service is performed. Our company takes photographs of the property prior to starting any work to document its initial condition, which serves as the official reference. Customers acknowledge that any pre-existing imperfections may become more visible after a deep cleaning, polishing, or detailing process. 3. Limitations of Liability We take great care in performing all services, but we are not liable for: ✅ Pre-existing scratches, dents, chips, stains, paint defects, or oxidation. ✅ Damage resulting from aging, wear and tear, rust, or prior improper maintenance. ✅ Any electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to our detailing services. ✅ Interior damage resulting from pre-existing spills, mold, or deteriorating materials. ✅ Water damage from pressure washing services if the vehicle, boat, or property has pre-existing leaks or weak seals. Customers understand that all services are performed at their own risk and agree not to hold New Horizons Sunshine State LLC liable for any unforeseen effects beyond our reasonable control. 4. Claim Policy & Final Inspection Upon completion of the service, the customer must inspect the vehicle, boat, or property before leaving the premises or before our team leaves the service location. If no claims or concerns are raised at the time of service completion, the customer waives the right to file any claims regarding the work performed at a later time. Any concerns must be addressed immediately after the service is completed; otherwise, New Horizons Sunshine State LLC assumes no further liability. 5. Customer Agreement & Consent By scheduling and receiving services from New Horizons Sunshine State LLC, the customer automatically agrees to all of the above terms and waives any claims beyond the limits stated herein.
